Arrivederci.

Please join us to celebrate Wysdom and her sensitive drawings. We will also have on hand all that we are up to these days.

Celebrating our time on Beacon Hill is in order, as we will be leaving our beautiful store/studio to go on the road. You will also be able to find us online and the stores which carry our work. We hope to have more of those stores very soon. We promise not to loose touch with those who have been enormously supportive of this grand experiment!

Cocktails, snacks, laughs, maybe some live music!

Enjoy and stay tuned...

Mounted Staghorn Ferns with Betina Simmons of Marzipan

staghorn ferns with marzipan seattle february 12th

from 65.00

Contact www.fieldtripsociety.com to register!

Winter months are the perfect time to welcome nature into our homes ... improving both our moods and air quality.  What better way to do so than with a beautifully mounted or moss-bound staghorn fern?  These shade-loving epiphytic plants are named for their resemblance to antlers.  Easy to care for and visually stunning, these natural works of art will be a welcome addition to any living space.

Field trippers will go home with their own mounted or kokedama staghorn fern, along with care instructions and skills to create more.

All supplies provided.  Snacks and libations served.

Betina Simmons-Blaine is a master gardener and owner ofMarzipan Seattle, specializing in kokedama and unique botanicals. When she's not playing with mud, she can be found growing, pickling, fermenting, and preserving northwest bounty in Seward Park or Lopez Island. Marzipan makes her swoon.

Please contact www.fieldtripsociety.com to sign up and purchase. Hope to see you there!
