Landscapes hold a special place, with a story in each. with every landscape I recognize the obvious beauty and sublime. Discovering the shapes that speak to me, The natural geometry in nature and the man-made geometry that I work with are where I find inspiration and comfort. Where those two polarities collide are seen in my drawings, photographs, clothing design and in many ways how I live my life.
I am a photographer, designer, painter, novice milliner, novice shoemaker, and traveler, to name a few. In recent years, I have decided not to place myself in the doing-only-one-thing box, because I have never done just one thing. This site encompasses all that plus.
I want to showcase my life, talents, what I love, and what I like to do. I have always documented myself, my movements, things, and people, and have tried to make them make sense. Sometimes I am successful and sometimes not, and it doesn’t matter. This site/blog/gallery is just about me and who I am, how I have lived my life, a representation of what makes me tick…

These small sliver paintings, as I call them, represent some places I love. I am continually updating that list. They measure just 2/ 3” by 5/6”. Painted in watercolor. Please contact me if you’re interested in more information.
This representation of another aspect of my creative endeavours. Currently I am not producing anything, but all that could change with future locations. Please contact me with inquiries.
I have always loved geometry and these drawings are a take on freehand geometry with movement in mind.
Water… so essential, so beautiful, so fragile. Water in some of it’s forms and in different landscapes.
Our lands… from mountains to rivers, to oceans and lakes. Flat, majestic, dry, wet and all the awe inspiring forms.
Oh, the variety of trees. Every intriguing, life giving, essential and dwindling. We must protect and rejuvenate our trees.
I have spent a lifetime documenting myself. It has been to further my understanding from a physical pov and then to use that to explore my inner self. These photos represent that “self-study”.
