Betina Simmons-Blaine is a master gardener and owner of Marzipan Seattle, specializing in kokedama and unique botanicals. When she's not playing with mud, she can be found growing, pickling, fermenting, and preserving northwest bounty in Seward Park or Lopez Island. Marzipan makes her swoon.
