Beyond the Bark

Photography by Ann Hunstiger, a Beacon Hill artist, explores found images in tree bark.  The artist looks at trees as offering gifts of images waiting to be seen. The images the trees hold are visible and invisible at the same time. They blend in and recede. They remind one to look at the magic and beauty present in every day life. They show glimpses of the divine, of beauty, grace, change and transformation.
